Echinacea cruise

Echinacea is a kind of herbaceous flowering plant of the Compositae family. It is mainly grown in North America. It is also a traditional functional plant of the Indians. Echinacea has traditionally been used for the symptomatic relief of sore throats and coughs associated with the common cold and flu. The active ingredient of echinacea extract is ß-1,2-D-Fructofuranosides, which can support the healthy functioning of the immune system by increasing the number of white blood cells. White blood cells are involved in defending the body against foreign microorganisms. One clinical study of adults with cold symptoms was divided into a treatment group with echinacea and a control group. The results found that the average days of colds in the echinacea group was shorter* and the relieve effect was better.
